About Guy

Guy Holeksa has exclusively practised commercial litigation for more than 40 years, with particular experience in shareholders' and partners' disputes, employment law, litigation over real property, property assessment, and estate litigation. Beginning with personal injury and criminal matters, he progressed to products liability, employment law, and shareholder disputes, appearing as counsel in roughly 100 Supreme Court of British Columbia cases, 25 appeals, and 80 administrative tribunal hearings. He has extensive experience litigating challenges to the validity and variation of wills, as well as property tax assessment matters, and has been counsel in several leading reported cases.
