About Guy
Guy Gosselin was called to the Barreau du Québec in 1981. He holds a licence in civil law (1980) and a bachelor's degree in administration (1973), both from the University of Ottawa, and is a founding partner of the firm. His practice covers business and corporate law, labour and employment law, real estate and construction law, and institutional and municipal law. In real estate matters he handles the realization of security and negotiation of commercial leases; in business law he assists companies seeking venture capital, drafts financing and shareholder agreements, and acts as mediator or litigator. He also assists public bodies with expropriation proceedings.
