About Frédérique

Frédérique Jacquart-Ducharme has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2017. She holds an LL.L. and J.D. from the University of Ottawa and a Master's in International Law from the University of Bristol in the United Kingdom. She joined BML Avocats in January 2023 after practising civil, family and commercial litigation in the Outaouais region. Her practice covers individual and collective labour and employment law, family law, and civil matters including succession and residential and commercial leasing, with representation before the courts and administrative tribunals. She previously served as supervising lawyer for the University of Ottawa's Pro Bono Student Network.
