About Christina

Christina Leclair joined CSG Avocats in March 2024 after gaining experience in criminal and penal law in Montreal. She graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal in 2020 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2023. Her practice covers a wide range of criminal matters, from minor offences to serious charges such as sexual assault, criminal harassment and assault, along with driving and drug-related offences. She also handles penal matters involving provincial infraction notices. Leclair took part in the Université du Québec à Montréal's legal clinic for two years while completing her law studies.
