About Gurpreet

Gurpreet Badh became a lawyer in British Columbia in 2009. Before becoming a lawyer he worked as a correctional officer and a probation officer. He practises immigration, administrative law, societies law, corporate law, and general civil litigation, and has appeared in the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board. His notable cases include Bains v. Khalsa Diwan Society of Abbotsford, Dhillon v. Sher-A-Punjab Community Centre Corporation, and Grewal v. Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara Society.
