About Douglas

Douglas A. Cowgill is a partner of Cross Border Visas and a U.S.-licensed attorney admitted in the State of Washington. He is a licensed Practitioner of Foreign Law with the Law Society of British Columbia and an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He previously worked at one of the largest immigration firms in North America, handling nonimmigrant work visas, green cards, waivers of inadmissibility, and U.S. citizenship renunciation applications. Cowgill represents clients on TN, E-1, E-2, H-1B, and L-1 visas, family- and employment-based green cards, and waivers of inadmissibility. He earned a B.A. and a J.D., both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
