About Katharine

Katharine Rejminiak's practice is litigation-focused, particularly in family law, administrative law, immigration, and general civil litigation. She regularly appears in the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia, the Federal Court, and before the Refugee Appeal Division, Refugee Protection Division, Immigration Appeal Division, and Immigration Division, and has also appeared in the BC Court of Appeal. She is a Duty Counsel (Immigration) with the Legal Services Society of British Columbia (Legal Aid BC), assisting and representing persons in immigration detention.
