About Grant
Grant Ferguson is a hearing and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses on administrative law, tribunal litigation including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, and representing regulated professionals before their Colleges. His background includes study in the medical sciences and experience in nursing, which helps him communicate effectively with medical professionals and present their perspectives. Grant has argued before most of the regulated health professional Colleges in Ontario and has defended matters at the Health Professions Appeal and Review Board. He has appeared at the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, and has made submissions at the Supreme Court of Canada.
