About Gordon
Gord Kehler is the Managing Partner at MacKenzie Fujisawa and a trial lawyer specializing in personal injury and sexual assault claims for injured persons, wills variation actions, commercial disputes, administrative tribunal hearings including WCB and human rights matters, wrongful dismissal claims, and debt collection litigation. He has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia, as well as Federal Court, Tax Court and WCB and human rights appeals tribunals. His earlier experience includes extensive criminal defence work, and from 1992 to 2002 he served, by appointment of the BC Attorney General, as defence counsel for young persons in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development in the Maple Ridge-Pitt Meadows area. He is a past president of the New Westminster Bar Association.
