About Gordon

Gordon Capern is a senior partner and leader of the firm's corporate, commercial, and infrastructure litigation practices, and has acted as counsel in numerous high-profile commercial and infrastructure disputes, including for Rideau Transit Group on the Ottawa Light Rail Transit system. He is a Director of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and a Governor of the International Society of Barristers. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1991.
