Glenn Brandys handles employment matters such as wrongful dismissal claims and disputes over executive compensation packages involving equity, stock, or bonuses, and he negotiates and enforces employment contracts on behalf of clients. Beyond employment law, he litigates breach of contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts within closely held and family businesses, construction-related claims, and other commercial tort matters, and he has also brought class actions covering privacy, consumer protection, contract breaches, and product liability claims.
