About Sean

Sean R. Di Lallo is a litigation lawyer practising in York Region and the Greater Toronto Area, focused on estate litigation and commercial litigation. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce with high distinction from the University of Toronto in 2009 and a J.D. from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law in 2012, where he worked as a student caseworker with the Downtown Legal Services clinic. After articling and practising at a firm in St. Catharines, his hometown, he opened Di Lallo Legal Services in 2017. He handles commercial tenancy and contractual disputes, employment law, construction litigation, will challenges, and Family Law Act claims against estates.
