About Kiran
Kiran Sandhu began her legal career as an assistant before obtaining her law degree in 2013. She's licensed to practice in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, focusing on family law and immigration law, and manages the firm's Abbotsford office. Her family law practice covers divorce, property and asset division, child support, parenting arrangements, custody and guardianship, spousal support, adoptions, and separation, cohabitation, and prenuptial agreements. She has resolved cases through negotiation, mediation, and litigation in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. Kiran provides legal services in Punjabi and volunteers with the Access Pro Bono Society of BC. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia's Board of Governors (Executive), the Trial Lawyers of British Columbia, and the Canadian Bar Association, among other professional and mentorship committees.
