George O. Frank

George O. Frank was called to the Ontario bar in 1982 and has built his career in civil litigation. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and graduated from Queen's University Law School, where he won prizes in contracts and in mediation and arbitration. He has been certified as a specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Upper Canada and has taught Civil Litigation at the Bar Admission Course in Toronto. George's practice centers on personal injury and insurance defence, though he also handles employment law and wrongful dismissal claims, injunctions, real estate litigation, estates litigation, and a range of other commercial disputes. He has substantial training and experience in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. His personal injury work covers car accidents, falls, dog bites, product liability and assault claims, including complex cases involving fatalities, spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and serious orthopaedic or psychiatric harm.
