About Asher
Asher Frankel joined the immigration law group at Devry Smith Frank LLP in 2014, bringing more than 25 years of experience in Canadian and U.S. immigration law. His practice covers business immigration matters broadly, with particular focus on the cross-border movement of employees for multinational companies operating across many industries. He also handles permanent residence applications for individuals and assists foreign nationals with consular visa processing at U.S. posts in Canada. Asher holds a B.A. from the University of Toronto, an M.Sc. from Yeshiva University in New York, and a J.D. from New York Law School. He is admitted to practise in Ontario and in Florida, and he was called to the bar in 1983.
