Geoffrey White, K.C., has more than 20 years of experience in wills, estates, trusts, and related tax matters, and helped implement British Columbia's Wills, Estates and Succession Act as a member of its legislative project committee. He is a Certified Trust and Estate Practitioner and past national chair of the Canadian Bar Association's Elder Law section.
