About Sylvia
Sylvia Ling Qi is an associate at Magellan Lawyers LLP, focusing on real estate law, corporate and commercial matters, and estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and trust documents. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia in 2020 and was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2021. She was born and raised in mainland China and educated in Hong Kong, and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. She is a member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers (FACL).
