About Geoffrey

Geoffrey W. White is the founder of GW Law Corporation and has over 30 years' experience in estate and trust matters, working from his Kelowna office and at Clark Wilson LLP in downtown Vancouver. He was on the project committee that made legislative recommendations for BC's Wills, Estates and Succession Act (2014) and served as national past-chair of the Elder Law section of the Canadian Bar Association. He edits BC's Estate Probate Manual and is a Certified Trust and Estate Practitioner, a designation granted to those who have performed high-level estate work for over 10 years. He was appointed King's Counsel in 2021 and has been repeatedly named to Best Lawyers in Canada for Trusts and Estates and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory.
