About Brittany

Brittany is a Kelowna-based lawyer and family mediator who helps couples and families navigate separation with a focus on listening, fairness and practical resolution. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and began her legal career in private practice before moving into family legal services and child protection work, and she is trained as a child lawyer with over a decade of experience in that field. She is also a trial lawyer who has appeared before the Supreme and Provincial Courts of BC. Through Crow's Nest Mediation, she helps couples resolve separation issues out of court, often in weeks rather than years, aiming to reduce conflict, stress and expense during the transition.
