About Melissa

Melissa Kronick has represented trade unions and their members before labour tribunals, courts, and inquiries for nearly 30 years, including successfully arguing early cases for remedial certification under Section 11 of the Ontario Labour Relations Act. Her practice covers both public and private sector clients, including in the construction industry, and she regularly speaks at client seminars and conferences. She joined CaleyWray in 1989 and became a partner in 1994.
