About Gail
Gail Jaffe is counsel in a business law group at Goodmans. Her transaction-based practice emphasizes mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions, and real estate portfolio deals. She also handles internal corporate reorganizations, joint ventures, public-private partnership projects, and general commercial transactions for domestic, cross-border, and international clients, both public and private. In addition, Gail assists companies with Competition Act and Investment Canada Act filings that arise in connection with these transactions.
