About Melissa
Melissa D'Ippolito joined Mills & Mills LLP in 2024 as a LegalShield Associate after being called to the Bar in 2022. She previously worked at several boutique firms across multiple areas, gaining experience in wills, estates and estate administration, civil litigation, employment law, small claims court, landlord and tenant matters, and business law, including contract disputes that arose during COVID-19. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a minor in Sociology from McMaster University and an Honours Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent. While in school she volunteered at the Kent Law Clinic and later with the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic's Pro Bono Project, work she continues to draw on in serving the local community.
