About Mikesh
Mikesh Mistry is the principal lawyer and owner of Sai Law, a Toronto criminal defence firm. Mikesh previously worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney, prosecuting cases across two jurisdictions, before moving into criminal defence at a top-tier Toronto firm, where he represented clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice on charges including fraud, theft, sexual assault, and impaired driving. Mikesh combines experience from both sides of the courtroom with a client-centered approach to defence strategy and negotiation.
