About Timothy

Tim has practised law in the Calgary area for over 25 years, in Alberta since 1996 after his service in the Royal Canadian Navy. He has practised family law, criminal defence and civil litigation, and is often the lawyer other lawyers turn to for advice. Tim has represented clients at all levels of court in Alberta, including the Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench and Court of Appeal, and is skilled in negotiation, mediation and arbitration as well as courtroom advocacy. Gagan Sangha joined him in 2012 to learn family law, and they have worked as a team since.
