About Gabriel

Gabriel Babineau was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2010, holding a law degree from UQAM and a graduate degree in law from Université Laval. He has substantial experience in criminal and penal law and appellate matters, sits as an assessor at the Human Rights Tribunal, and has had his research on mass arrests cited by Quebec's appellate and superior courts. He also teaches in Sherbrooke's graduate program in criminal and penal law.
