About Claude

Claude Baillargeon was called to the Quebec Bar in 2016 and joined Bolduc Paquet after articling there, holding a B.A. in Psychology from McGill University and an LL.B. from Université de Montréal. Her practice covers criminal and penal law across most of Quebec's judicial districts, with particular experience defending corporations facing occupational health and safety prosecutions and tobacco sales regulation cases, as well as representing individuals in crimes against persons and sexual offence matters before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. She received the AQAAD Excellence Award in 2019.
