About Leslie

Leslie Skingle has advised the Federal Department of Energy, Mines and Resources and the Alberta Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources, as well as private and public corporations, Canadian companies investing abroad, tax-exempt pension funds and foreign investors in Canadian resource properties. After retiring as a partner of Felesky Flynn, he served as co-chairman of a private company spanning manufacturing, real estate development and resource exploitation, and is presently a partner of Ignite Strategic Inc. He was appointed King's Counsel in 1998 and joined Felesky Flynn in 1985. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan and earned his Chartered Accountant designation, receiving the Alberta Gold Medal, in 1972.
