Native of Niagara Falls. Graduate of Queen's University (B.A. Honours) and the University of Toronto (LL.B.). Called to the bar in 1971 and has been engaged in general practice of law in Niagara Falls since then. Community involvement includes serving as a Director of the Y.M.C.A. and membership in Rotary International.
