Frank Giblon is Of Counsel at Caravel Law, focusing on corporate and commercial matters in construction, IT, telecommunications, and high-tech manufacturing. He negotiates and drafts hardware sales and delivery contracts, software licence agreements, procurement agreements, and supply agreements for clients such as Siemens Canada and eHealth Ontario. Earlier in his career he served as in-house counsel for companies including Sun Microsystems, Research in Motion, and AT&T Canada, where he managed sales, procurement, and employment matters. He has also acted as legal lead on major Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations. Frank holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
