Andrew Lahey practices mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate finance across multiple sectors, including technology, transportation, industrials, media and entertainment, manufacturing, renewables, retail, and real estate. Before joining Blakes as a partner, he practiced in the M&A and private equity groups of another Canadian law firm and the New York office of an international law firm.
