About Francine

Francine Verrier is a lawyer accredited by the Barreau du Quebec to conduct neutral, impartial workplace harassment investigations. Since 2022 she has specialized in preventing and resolving psychological and sexual harassment in the workplace, offering employers policy drafting, prevention strategy, advisory services and customized training for staff, managers, HR teams and boards of directors. Before an investigation she conducts an admissibility analysis, and afterward she produces recommendations on workplace climate.
