About Julia

Julia Moussa became a fully licensed notary with the Chambre des notaires du Québec in 2025. Before joining Lazarus, Moussa worked as a notarial assistant at a traditional notary practice while completing a notarial law degree, gaining an appreciation for clear, personalized notarial service. Moussa now provides notarial services across real estate transactions, estates and wills, and personal and family law matters. Moussa is fluent in French, English and Arabic.
