Éric Forget represents and advises business owners on commercial negotiations, tax litigation, and business reorganizations, sales and purchases, and also assists with estate and will planning. He holds a master's degree in taxation and serves on the boards of several sports and cultural non-profits, including the Montreal Canadiens Children's Foundation.
