About Samantha

Samantha Courtney is an associate who attended the University of Manitoba before completing her Honours Business Administration and Juris Doctor at the University of Western Ontario, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2025. Her practice covers business law and real estate and property development. During law school she volunteered as a caseworker with Western Law Community Legal Services and held roles with the Western Tax Law Association and Ivey HBA Association.
