About Félix

Félix B. Lebeau has been in private practice since entering the profession in 2014. He holds a civil-law bachelor's degree from Université Laval (sustainable development profile). With over a decade of experience, he specializes in municipal law and land-use planning, particularly agricultural zoning, appearing before the Commission de protection du territoire agricole du Québec (CPTAQ) and the Tribunal administratif du Québec (TAQ), and also trains legal professionals and municipal officers on agricultural-protection legislation. He also represents clients in administrative and real-estate disputes involving municipal taxation, expropriation, property-rights recognition, environmental defects and boundary disputes.
