Kathy Bergeron leads KBE Avocats, a Quebec law firm with close to 20 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. Her practice focuses on construction law and real estate matters, advising owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on contract drafting, legal hypothecs, and claims for extra work, and on commercial lease drafting and negotiation.
