About Frédéric

Frédéric St-Jean was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 1992 and founded his own practice in 1994. Over more than 30 years he has appeared before administrative tribunals as well as the Cour du Québec, the Cour supérieure, the Cour d'appel, and the Supreme Court of Canada. His practice centers on civil and professional liability, insurance matters, employment law, wills and estates, and administrative law, including challenges to SAAQ and CNESST decisions. Fees are generally billed at an hourly rate, with alternative arrangements available in exceptional circumstances.
