About Felipe

Morales is a founding partner of Semperlex and a leader within the community, active in private associations and community events. He practises mainly in immigration law and civil law, representing both businesses and individuals. He has extensive experience with appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court, securing many favourable decisions for clients. Educated in the Quebec region, he has deep knowledge of the Canadian immigration system and also has significant private-sector experience in Mexico.
