About Fatema
Fatema Jivaji has a broad real estate and corporate/commercial practice. Before joining Tucker Carruthers, she served as in-house securities counsel to a private equity group, worked in the financial services group of a national law firm, and practised in the corporate group of a boutique Toronto firm. She advises clients on real property and commercial matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development and construction projects, municipal matters, and some employment issues. Fatema also has a practice serving not-for-profit and charitable organizations, advising on governance and regulatory compliance.
