About Mark

Mark Wallace grew up in Whitehorse before moving away for school. Before attending law school, he worked as a commercial diver and a mechanical engineering technologist. He earned his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 2007 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2008. Mark practised with a major Winnipeg firm in its civil litigation department, focusing on corporate commercial litigation and construction litigation, including insurance defence. Since joining Austring, Fairman & Fekete in 2013, he has carried on a general civil litigation practice covering personal injury, construction, mining, and commercial litigation matters.
