About Eryn
Eryn Fanjoy is a partner in the Toronto office of Thorsteinssons LLP, advising on the full range of income tax law. Eryn's work includes corporate reorganizations and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border structures, and executive compensation, as well as advising investment funds and their managers on structuring and fund-related tax matters. Eryn also practices in personal taxation, estate planning, and trust taxation for individuals and families, and represents clients in dealings with the Canada Revenue Agency and the Ministry of Finance. Before joining the firm, Eryn was an associate at a national law firm. Eryn holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, a master's in economics from Queen's University, and a B.A. from McGill University, and belongs to the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
