About Eric

Eric Sudman joined GLG LLP in 2025 as an associate lawyer in the firm's corporate and commercial law group, working on share and asset purchases and sales, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations. He previously practised as a corporate and tax lawyer at a firm affiliated with a Big Four accounting firm, and earned his JD/HBA through the combined program at Western Law and the Ivey Business School in 2021.
