About David

David Goldberg is among GLG LLP's founding partners and maintains a general business law practice centered on corporate matters. He works with businesses and their owners on incorporations, start-ups and business planning, the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial agreements, commercial leases, financing transactions, and shareholder planning and disputes. As a former entrepreneur himself, he understands what it takes to build a business, and he has helped clients raise capital, acquire competitors and navigate complex reorganizations across a range of industries. Before joining GLG LLP, David worked at a leading national firm. He graduated with distinction from Western Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, and he also completed a culinary degree before entering the legal profession.
