About Salwa
Salwa Allouch's real estate practice centres on condominium and subdivision development work, including acquisitions, dispositions, project financing, and commercial leasing, and she helps builders manage complex and high-volume closings. She holds an Honours BA from Trent University, completed in 2020 with President's Honour Roll standing, and in 2023 completed her JD at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, joining the Ontario Bar the following year. While in law school she externed at the Advocacy Centre for Tenants Ontario and Legal Aid Ontario, and her path to the firm began as a 2022 summer student, continuing through articling into her current associate role.
