In construction, real property, and commercial leasing disputes, he has handled claims involving construction liens and trusts, negligence claims against professionals, product liability matters, mining and land rights issues, along with boundary disputes and mortgage enforcement proceedings. As a corporate commercial litigator, he assists clients with investigating and recovering from fraud, resolving shareholder disputes, pursuing oppression remedies, collecting debts, enforcing judgments from other jurisdictions, and advising private companies on managing risk.
