About Emma
Emma Runzer-Boucher is an associate in Osler's Emerging and High Growth Companies group, based in Toronto. Her work centers on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and other general corporate matters for emerging businesses. She pursued a joint law and political science program, taught in French, at the University of Ottawa, and spent a summer abroad studying management and corporate communications in Munich, Germany. Before joining Osler, Emma gained experience at several SaaS start-ups and worked in-house at companies such as Cohere, Wealthsimple and Allianz Africa.
