About Emily

Emily Lynch is a recent graduate of Western University's Faculty of Law and earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph. Co-op placements during her studies exposed her to industries such as sport, tourism, and technology, which sparked her interest in business law and in working with small businesses and start-ups. While at Western Law, she was active in the school community as a research assistant, a caseworker with Western's Intellectual Property and Innovation Legal Clinic, a Student Ambassador, and Chair of the Merchandise Committee, and she belonged to the Gender and the Law Association. She also served as an Orientation Week leader and enjoyed mentoring other law students. Outside of work, Emily enjoys getting out to explore the city, spending time at the lake and outdoors with her family, attending concerts, and catching hockey games.
