About Emily

Emily Clough is the managing partner of Clark Wilson and has served as lead litigation counsel in precedent-setting estates and incapacity cases, including on wills variation and capacity to marry. She is a Trust and Estate Practitioner and a past elected chair of the British Columbia Law Institute and the Canadian Centre for Elder Law.
