About Navis
Navis Askani is the founder and managing partner of Askani Law, a Toronto-based firm focused on immigration, litigation, and human rights law. He completed a B.A. (Honours) at the University of Toronto before earning a Graduate Entry LL.B. from the University of Sussex Law School in the United Kingdom. Askani began his career in corporate immigration at a large Bay Street law firm, advising multinational clients on work permits and cross-border mobility, before articling at a Toronto immigration and human rights firm. He has appeared before the Federal Court of Canada in judicial review proceedings and has experience with appeals, work permits, and mandamus applications.
