About Elmer
Elmer Epp earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of British Columbia in 1969 and his law degree from the same school in 1980, and he was called to the bar in 1981. He articled at the predecessor firm to Taylor Epp & Dolder and practised there for 30 years until it merged with Cates Carroll Watt in 2011, forming what became Cates Ford Soll & Epp. His practice covered corporate and commercial law, residential and commercial real estate, leasing, and wills, estates, trusts, and powers of attorney. He retired from practice in 2023. He was a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of BC, and served as a director and chair of Interior Savings Credit Union.
